Our community makerspace in Berkeley, CA, offers after-school and summer STEM and robotics programs for young people in grades 4-8, as well as family and community events. Our STEM programs focus on hands-on learning experiences that encourage creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. We offer a range of programs in science, technology, engineering, and math that are designed to engage and challenge young innovators.
Our robotics program is perfect for young people who want to explore the exciting world of robotics. Students will learn how to build and program robots using LEGO Mindstorms and other tools, gaining valuable skills in engineering, coding, and problem-solving.
Tinker Coop is more than just a makerspace. We offer a range of community-building activities, including family maker nights and teen improv classes. Our goal is to cultivate student leaders in STEAM and community-building, helping young people develop the skills they need to succeed in school and in life.
